Flex Gel 3D

Add height to your designs with our Gel 3D effect vinyl. Despite its thickness, it is easy to weed and apply. Gel vinyl adds texture resulting in a badge like transfer. A great alternative to single colour embroidery, add the Gel vinyl to the front of a cap, bag, garment etc. to add another level to your transfer.

Time: 5 seconds front + 20 seconds inside out
Temperature: 150˚C
Pressure: Medium / 50-60psi / 4bar / 5-6 on Hotronix
Peel: Warm

Time, temperatures and pressures are provided as a recommendation for a majority of applications. Given the nature heat application, diversity of heat presses available and various fabric compositions, optimal heat application settings may vary from these recommendations.
