UltraColour MAX is our premium DTF transfer, printed on a fleet of 8 Mimaki TxF300-75 printers — some of the most advanced DTF hardware available. The result is colour density, gradient smoothness, and detail sharpness that outperforms standard DTF across the board.

  • Full CMYK with ultra-vibrant colour reproduction
  • Ultra-fine detail that lasts wash after wash
  • Soft, flexible feel that moves with the garment
  • Works on cotton, polyester, blends, and more
  • Pre-cut and ready-to-press option available
  • OEKO-TEX® certified ink and adhesive powder
Production Fleet

8 Mimaki printers. One consistent result.

We don't print MAX on whatever hardware happens to be available. Our dedicated fleet of 8 Mimaki TxF300-75 DTF printers runs to a calibrated standard — so whether your order is 1 transfer or 1,000, you're getting the same output quality every time.

No outsourcing. No quality lottery. Production is in our facility, under our control, with our technicians fine-tuning every print.

  • 8 × Mimaki TxF300-75 — for superior consistency and redundancy
  • Calibrated across all printers for consistent output
  • In-house production in our Brendale & Wodonga facilities
  • Award-winning technician oversight on every run
Why UltraColour MAX

Built for decorators
who need results, not excuses.

Not all DTF transfers are created equal. Here's what sets MAX apart from the generic options competing for your business.

Mimaki TxF300-75 Fleet

8 dedicated Mimaki printers calibrated to a single standard — not a mixed bag of hardware. Consistent colour and output on every order, every time.

Eye-Popping Colour Vibrancy

Ultra-dense ink laydown and Mimaki's precision droplet technology deliver colour that punches hard — especially on dark garments where standard DTF goes flat.

No Minimums. No Setup Costs.

Order 1 transfer or 1,000. There are no minimum quantities, no setup fees, and no wasted cost — pay for exactly what you need.

50+ Wash Durability

Wash-tested for 50+ cycles when care instructions are followed. MAX is designed for production use, not just a demo press.

European Bostik Glue Powder

Premium European adhesive powder — fine particle size for incredible detail adherence, zero filler additives, and consistent bonding batch after batch. Cheaper powders break down under heat; ours won't.

Established Since 2006

20 years in garment decoration. We've seen what happens when suppliers cut corners — we built MAX to be the option you can rely on for production use.

How to Order

Two ways to order. One clear winner for most jobs.

UltraColour MAX is available as individual transfers via MAX 2.0, or as traditional meterage gang sheets. For the vast majority of decorators, MAX 2.0 is the smarter choice — here's why.

Recommended
01
MAX 2.0 — Individual Transfers
Gang sheet pricing without the gang sheet work

Upload each design as its own file at the size you need. Our system automatically gangs everything together and delivers your transfers on a roll at only 9¢ per 10cm² — the same economics as meterage ordering, without a second of Illustrator time.

No gang sheet building
No wasted space
Easy reorders
  • Upload individual files — we handle the ganging automatically
  • Order exactly what you need — even just one transfer
  • Files stay on file in our system — reorders take seconds, not hours
  • Delivered on a roll at 10mm spacing, ready to cut
✅ Want them pre-cut and ready-to-press?

Tick "Pre-Cut" on the order form and we'll cut each transfer for you. Only $0.50 extra per transfer — arrive ready to go straight to the heat press.

02
MAX Meterage — Gang Sheets
For existing gang sheet workflows

Already running your own gang sheet workflow in Illustrator? MAX Meterage lets you upload gang sheets by the metre at 580mm wide. Available in 1m and 2m lengths.

  • Upload your own gang sheet — 580mm wide × 1m or 2m
  • Delivered as a full roll — you cut to size
  • Best suited if you have a high-volume, consistent gang sheet template
  • Pricing by sheet quantity — see table below
Not sure which option is right? If you're building gang sheets manually and don't fill them every time, MAX 2.0 will save you time and money. Most decorators switch and never go back.

Frequently Asked Questions

MAX 2.0 lets you upload individual design files and our system automatically gangs them together — you pay 9¢ per 10cm², there are no minimums, and reorders are effortless because your files stay on our system. MAX Meterage is the traditional gang sheet model where you build and upload a full 580mm-wide sheet yourself, and we print it by the metre. For most decorators, MAX 2.0 delivers the same (or better) economics without the manual gang sheet work.
No minimum for MAX 2.0 — you can order a single transfer if that's all you need. For MAX Meterage, the minimum is one gang sheet (1m or 2m).
Yes — if you have an existing gang sheet workflow, you can still upload a pre-built gang sheet via MAX 2.0. The system accepts individual files or pre-arranged sheets. But most customers find that once they switch to uploading individual files and letting our system handle the ganging, they never go back.
Gang-rolled (the default) means your entire order is automatically ganged and delivered on a roll with 10mm spacing between transfers — you cut them apart yourself. Pre-cut means we cut each individual transfer for you so they arrive ready to go straight to the heat press. Pre-cut is $0.50 extra per transfer and can be selected on the order form.
Yes. With MAX 2.0, your files stay in our system and repeat orders print identically — same file, same production profile, same output. This is especially important for uniforms, corporate branding, and multi-site programmes where colour consistency across orders is non-negotiable.
UltraColour MAX works well on most cotton and polyester garments, but standard DTF — including MAX — is not suitable for heavily sublimated polyester (e.g. sublimation sports jerseys) or softshell fabrics. These garment types require our UltraColour PRO with the appropriate dye blocker option, which is purpose-built to stop dye migration. Not sure which product is right for your garment? Give us a call — we'll point you in the right direction before you waste any material.
We accept PNG (with transparent background) or vector files (preferred) — PDF, AI, EPS. For best results, PNG artwork should be at least 200 DPI at the final print size. Download our Artwork Guidelines PDF for full specifications.
