5. HubSpot & CRM Data

We use HubSpot to store and manage customer and lead data, including website interactions (via cookies), form submissions, event registrations, and marketing preferences. We also use HubSpot to automate relevant onboarding, product education, and marketing workflows. HubSpot data for Velflex is hosted in Australia (Sydney data centre).

7. Credit Information (Trade Accounts)

If you apply for a 30-day trade account, we may obtain a credit report from a credit reporting body (CRB), exchange credit-related information with CRBs and other credit providers, and use your credit information to assess your application, manage your account, and recover overdue payments.

The types of information we may share with a CRB include identification details (name, address, date of birth), details of your application and credit terms, and your payment history (including defaults and serious credit infringements).
