Every demo clearance press comes with a 6-month parts and labour warranty from date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation.
Warranty Conditions
- 1Warranty coverage applies only to faults arising from normal intended use of the equipment.
- 2Customers are responsible for reviewing all supplied training materials to ensure they are familiar with best-practice operation, care, maintenance, and safe use.
- 3Where a repair is approved, labour costs are covered by Velflex for up to 6 months from date of purchase. After this period, all labour costs are payable by the equipment owner.
- 4Freight, shipping, and transport costs associated with any repair, service, or warranty claim — whether under warranty or not — are payable by the equipment owner.
- 5All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the equipment serial number.
- 6Repairs and servicing may only be carried out by authorised technicians or approved service agents.
- 7Velflex reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims prior to approval.
Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect or accident
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear or consumable items
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
- Damage from incorrect air pressure systems
- Oil or water contamination in the air system
Even after your 6-month warranty expires, the Velflex team remains here to help. We’ll continue to provide guidance, troubleshooting, and support — you’ll simply be responsible for any parts and labour costs involved.
