PureHT™
PureHT™ is the world’s first compostable heat transfer material – a unique technology that has enabled us to challenge the industry’s status quo for the better.
Lab tests have certified that within 6 months, PureHT™ not only biodegrades but also composts, leaving no harmful residue or negative environmental impact at the end of its life. This has been achieved by modifying the chemical structure of the material to render it palatable to microorganisms, who are able to break down the chain, digest it and transform it into organic matter. Importantly, no compromises have been made on the technical durability and quality of the product. PureHT™ can be washed, stretched, and stressed just as much as its non-compostable counterpart without losing shape or cracking.

Temperature: 135˚C
Pressure: Medium (STX: 5; Fusion: 50psi)
Peel: Hot
Time, temperatures and pressures are provided as a recommendation for a majority of applications. Given the nature heat application, diversity of heat presses available and various fabric compositions, optimal heat application settings may vary from these recommendations.

Not recommended for dye sublimated fabrics.
*While PureHT™ can be applied on polyester, it is intended to be recycled or composted to fulfill its purpose of addressing environmental sustainability issues in the industry. As such, we encourage all our partners to use PureHT™ on natural textiles.
